Delete your account

You can delete your warlord in Warlords of the Three Kingdoms, by Gitkonek Studio, from inside the game at any time. It takes a minute and needs no sign in.

A running subscription

Deleting your warlord does not cancel the Imperial Seal: the App Store or Google Play keeps renewing it until you cancel it there. Cancel it first. On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play, your profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions. Deleting does not refund past purchases; refunds follow the store's own policy.

What is erased, and when

• At once: your warlord leaves the game. Its name, its place on the leaderboards and the raid lists, its Kingdom War record, its referral code, its notification token, and its sign in account are removed. Bounties it posted, or that were posted on it, are withdrawn and returned to whoever posted them.
• Within 30 days: everything else we hold for it is erased from our servers: progress, Generals, artifacts, territories, currencies, purchase records, messages, the raid log, and the record of every change to its currencies.

What stays

• Other players' raid logs and messages keep their entries of past battles with your warlord, its name included, as part of their own history.
• Usage analytics and crash reports carry a random player ID, never your name or email. They are not erased with the warlord and expire under our providers' retention settings (see the privacy policy).
• Apple and Google keep their own records of store purchases under their policies.

Can't open the game?

Email support@warlord3k.com with the subject "Delete my warlord" and your warlord's name, from the email address of the Apple or Google account you linked to it. We confirm by replying to that address, then delete the warlord within 30 days. A warlord that was never linked to Apple or Google has no email for us to confirm against, so only the game itself can delete it.
