Terms of service

These terms apply when you play Warlords of the Three Kingdoms (the game), made by Gitkonek Studio (we, us). By playing you accept them; if you do not, please do not play. Questions: support@warlord3k.com.

1. Your warlord

The game creates a player account for you the first time you open it. Linking Apple or Google keeps your warlord when you change phones; a warlord that is not linked lives on its device and can be lost with it. You must be at least 13, or the minimum age your country sets for this kind of service.

2. Virtual items and currencies

Jade, Copper, Merit, Honor, Generals, artifacts, territories, frames, and everything else you earn or buy in the game are a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them inside the game. They are not your property, have no value in money, and cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, sold, or traded. We may change, rebalance, or rename them to keep the game fair and working.

3. Purchases

• Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play and follow their terms. The price is shown in the store before you buy.
• Refunds follow the store's policy, and we do not give refunds outside it. If a store refunds a purchase, we take back what it granted, even if that leaves a balance below zero.
• The odds of every summon are shown in the game before you summon.
• The Imperial Seal renews automatically until you cancel it in your store account, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Deleting your warlord does not cancel it.

4. Fair play

Do not:

• cheat, use bots, scripts, or modified versions of the game, or exploit bugs (report them instead);
• share, sell, or buy warlords;
• harass other players;
• choose a name that is hateful, sexual, or illegal, or that pretends to be someone else.

We may rename, reset, suspend, or delete a warlord that breaks these rules, and take back what was gained unfairly.

5. The game changes

We update the game, and may change or remove parts of it. If we ever shut the game down, we will announce it in the game at least 30 days before.

6. Ending

You can delete your warlord at any time: Settings, Delete account (see the deletion page). We may end your access if you break these terms.

7. Our work

The game's art, writing, code, and design belong to Gitkonek Studio. The game is an original work set in the Three Kingdoms era: its historical figures and events are portrayed freely, and it is not affiliated with any other Three Kingdoms game, novel adaptation, film, or brand.

8. No guarantees

The game is provided as it is. We work to keep it running, fair, and free of errors, but we cannot promise it always will be.

9. Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the game in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer law gives you and does not let you give up.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. This does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We post the new version here with a new date, and announce significant changes in the game before they apply. Playing after that means you accept them.
